Cocktail Catering

Having established themselves on the cocktail scene here in Miami (as well as nationwide) the talented duo of Bar Lab Spirited Mixology - Elad Zvi and Gabriel Orta, have teamed up with another talented Mixologist, Ezra Pattek, to form Bar Lab Cocktail Catering.

The creative and talented trio brings together a team of Professional Beverage Mixologists, who offer years of service in the hospitality industry, and are well versed in spirits education, cocktail creation and design, and event/party planning services.

Our Approach:

Our style is innovative and unique.
We have a cutting-edge approach to Mixology, combining the expertise and knowledge of classic cocktails, while utilizing contemporary methods.

We will design a cocktail menu that’s tailored to your theme and guests’ specific needs.

• Use of only fresh squeezed juices and purees (using local ingredients whenever possible)
• Hand crafted syrups (yes, we make all of our syrups from scratch)
• Selection of premium handcrafted spirits and liqueurs
• Organic wines and gluten-free beer
• Specialty ice (large block and perfect cube)
• Non-alcoholic beverage creation for the under age and non-drinking folk
